Return Conditions

For a return to be approved, the following conditions apply:

  • Return requests can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.
  • All return shipping costs, including international shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • Trying on the item is permitted, but wearing it is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Procedure

Please contact us at info@lindasdresses.com within 30 days of receiving your item to register your return. We will then provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner, located in China.

Return shipping costs, including any customs duties and fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once our fulfillment partner has received the item and verified its condition, the refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Responsibility

If tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for missing packages. If an incorrect address has been provided, responsibility lies with the customer. Any errors in your shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
